“Goods” means the products which We will supply to You in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
“Order” means an order which You place with Us detailing the Goods You wish to buy from Us.
“We/Us/Our” means DoYouEven.co.uk.
“You/Your” means you, the person using Our Website and/or buying Goods from Us.

The order procedure
We are very please that you decided to order our product (s).
Placing an order via our website is easy and consist of the following steps:
- Select the goods that you desire via the website.
- Select the size, and the quantity you desire then press ‘add to cart’.
- Review you cart making sure all specifications fulfill your requirements, such as size (see our size charts) and colour. Then click ‘checkout’
- If you are a new user you will need to enter an email address and create a user name and password. This can be done by click on ‘My Account’ link in the top right hand corner or via the ‘Check Out’ page by ticking the ‘Create an account’ box below the billing information. You must keep your username and password confidential as they allow access to your account. To complete setting up an account you will need to enter your personal details, billing address (which must correspond with your payment card address).
- Once you have set up an account, you will be directed to the (shipping confirmation / delivery options) page where you may enter voucher codes, select the type of delivery, and vary delivery and/or billing addresses.
- You will then proceed to the secure payment page where you may select the payment type and complete your order via PayPals secure checkout procedures. Your payment will be collected from you by DoYouEven.co.uk on our behalf (. Following submission of your order you will be sent an automated order acknowledgement to the email address provided.
By placing an order through the Website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
How the contract for the goods is formed between you and DoYouEven.co.uk
Once your order has been completed via the checkout process you will receive an automated acknowledgment, this does not mean you order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by DoYouEven.co.uk. You will receive an email confirming that DoYouEven.co.uk has accepted your order when your order has been processed and is ready for delivery by DoYuEven.co.uk.
Once DoYouEven.co.uk accepts your order, a contract to purchase the good from DoYouEven.co.uk takes effect between you and us.
The contract to sell goods to you only relates to those good that are listed in the confirmation email.
You will be charged for the products once DoYouEven.co.uk has processed your order and is ready to deliver them. However, upon receipt of your order, DoYouEven.co.uk will create an authorization via PayPal checkout process. This will show on your bank statement as a reservation of funds, which allocates the money to your order but this will not be released until your order has been picked and processed in DoYouEven.co.uk warehouse. In the rare event of us not being able to fulfill your order we will immediately request that your bank cancels the authorisation. If the authorisation still remains after several days, please contact your bank to request that they act upon our cancellation of the payment.
Our goods & Payment
Each individual product varies on the website, the main characteristics can be found on the individual product page.
The prices for the items for sale on the website include all UK VAT and are shown in UK Pound Sterling.
Payment will be taken in GB pounds (£), and if applicable, your card will be charged according to the exchange rate at that time.
All customs import charges for delivery outside of the UK & EU zone is responsibility You; the customer buying the product.
Delivery charges are shown separately. All applicable delivery charges are as stated on the Website or as specified You place Your Order. The delivery charge for the Order is shown on the shopping basket page below Your chosen items. This means that if You order more than one item, there is no delivery charge for the additional items.
All prices and offers are subject to availability and may only be available for a limited time we reserve the right to change or altered at our discretion.
The websites product catalogue is vast; despite our best efforts the price listing of items could be wrong. If you send a buying request for an item that is mispriced we will contact you as soon as possible, giving you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
DoYouEven.co.uk is under no obligation to sell you any incorrectly price-listed product at the incorrect price.
We must receive full payment before we can dispatch your ordered goods.
Payment is accepted via PayPal Express Checkout; allowing payment to made via a Pay Pal account or most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercared, Maestro and American Express. The use of a debit or credit card means you confirm that You are the authorised cardholder. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and security checks as well as authorisation by the card issuer and any additional terms imposed by the issuer. If the issuer does not authorise payment, We will not accept Your Order and will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
In advance to submitting your payment details please check the terms and conditions of the card you are using as they may charge you for the use for payment.
If We do not have sufficient stock of Goods, We will notify You by e-mail or telephone and Your credit or debit card transaction will be cancelled or refunded. We will do this as soon as possible and by no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date of Your Order. We will not be responsible for any compensation if Goods which You order are not available for any reason.
Measures are in place to protect you and ensure your shopping experience is a pleasant one We will validate the names, addresses and other details supplied by You against commercially available records (including Electoral Roll data and credit reference services). We may also use third parties to do this. Information which You provide to Us may be disclosed to a registered credit reference agency which may keep a record of the information. Fraud Prevention
To help us prevent fraud, orders of £200 GB pounds or more may require a landline telephone number. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted.
UK Delivery
Please refer to our delivery page, for a full breakdown of cost for delivery.
Delivery time can vary and depend on the service selected during the checkout process and the type of goods ordered. DoYouEven.co.uk aims to dispatch all good as quickly as possible. The maximum UK delivery lead-time for goods is 30 days unless specifically agreed by DoYouEven.co.uk with you.
DoYouEven.co.uk will use third party couriers. Couriers will require a signature to ensure safe receipt of your goods. If you are not available to collect and sign on the courier’s first visit they may leave it at a neighbouring address, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain, please see couriers website for full breakdown of their delivery practices). A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. If there is no safe place a calling card will be left with the courier’s contact number to arrange re-delivery.
The couriers will attempt re-delivery up to a maximum of three (3) times and if delivery is not successful after the third attempt they will return the goods to DoYouEven.co.uk and DoYouEven.co.uk will issue a refun. DoYouEven.co.uk reserves the right to re-charge the delivery cost for re-delivery.
Split delivery
Depending on stock availability DoYouEven.co.uk may split your delivery of goods into multiple parcels. You will not be charged anything extra for this and will be informed via e-mail or phone prior to dispatch. Any additional consignments for delivery in the UK will be sent using the “UK Delivery option: Express Delivery”.
Free delivery offers
Free delivery offers, when available, only apply to orders for delivery to the UK Mainland (which excludes the Shetland Isles, Outer Hebrides, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly and Northern Ireland). Free delivery offers are sent using Standard Delivery service, please see “UK Delivery option: Standard Delivery”. Free delivery offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount code.
Returns and exchanges
We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with DoYouEven.co.uk however occasionally you may need to return an item.
To return an item(s) firstly contact our returns department via returns@doyoueven.co.uk.
The team will respond with a returns form and a return address. Print and complete the form and return it with your invoice and goods to the specified address.
All returns must be sent by registered mail. We will refund the total amount you have paid for the goods except postage and packaging. Please clearly state on the invoice the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange. We are only able to exchange items for the same product.
Some goods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.
To receive a refund we need to be informed fourteen (14) days after the receipt of the order. The order must be then returned to us within fourteen (14) days after we have been informed of the cancellation, however you will be responsible for the cost of returns the goods to us. If a return is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the original order back to us.
The returned goods need to be in their original packaging and in sales condition. Return postage is at your own cost and risk.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If we cannot refund via the original payment then a cheque will be raised to the address on the order.
