Orders placed on or 1 day before a public holiday may take longer to be delivered. Delivery Rules & Restrictions
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in the UK and Germany.
- All deliveries must be signed upon receipt.
- We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
- Due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries to certain remote areas (e.g. Jersey Islands & Guernsey), we reserve the right to cancel your order and make such orders subject to additional Terms & Conditions (e.g. requiring a minimum order value).
- You will receive a notification in case of cancellation or in case of difficulties with processing your order shortly after the issue is identified.

Online purchases
To return an item(s) firstly contact our returns department via returns@doyoueven.co.uk.
The team will respond with a returns form and a return address. Print and complete the form and return it with your invoice and goods to the the specified address.
All returns must be sent by registered mail. We will refund the total amount you have paid for the goods except postage and packaging. Please clearly state on the invoice the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange. We are only able to exchange items for the same product.
Some goods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.
To receive a refund we need to be informed fourteen (14) days after the receipt of the order. The order must be then returned to us within fourteen (14) days after we have been informed of the cancellation, however you will be responsible for the cost of returns the goods to us. If a return is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the original order back to us.
The returned goods need to be in their original packaging and in sales condition. Return postage is at your own cost and risk.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If we cannot refund via the original payment then a cheque will be raised to the address on the order.
Sometimes when you try to use a promotional discount code you can get a message saying it’s either expired or not recognized. If it’s expired, you won’t be able to use it any more. If it’s not recognised, you can follow these steps to get to the bottom of the problem.
Some common mistakes are:
- Check spacing, character errors and/or spelling mistakes.
- The promotional discount code field is case-sensitive. Please ensure that ‘Caps Lock’ button is not on and use upper case where necessary.
- Check you’re not mixing up the numbers 0/1 and the letters O/I.

Quality is paramount to us and our suppliers. There are test on all our products in real-life conditions to make sure they are in the best possible position to stand up to the uses they were designed. But it’s an inevitable reality that products can get damaged on their way to the buyer.
If a product you purchased from our online shop has a quality issue and you want to return it, contact returns@doyoueven.co.uk. Our quality assurance department advise you on the procedure to return the product for inspection.
You will be refunded if we assess that the product was damaged during the manufacturing process, or if they are in a different condition to how they are supposed to come from the factory. We compensate costs for defective products.
We cannot compensate for products that were damaged for other reasons, including damage by negligence, misuse or wear and tear.
Please note the life expectancy of a product depends on the individual using it; their characteristic wear pattern and the conditions in which it’s used. Products damaged by normal wear and tear, or products that have exceeded their reasonable lifespan, will not be not replaced.
We always aim to deliver your order within our standard delivery times, but sometimes unexpected factors can cause delays in your delivery.
Below are some reasons your delivery might be late:
- Your order was shipped during our sales and promotions season.
- You ordered more than one product. In exceptional circumstances your order may arrive in different packages and on different dates.
- Your order was placed during a public holiday or a local public holiday.
- There were unpredictable circumstances beyond our control.
